Meet Christine Clark

Born in New Jersey to parents from New York, Christine Clark brings a strong East Coast work ethic, direct communication style, and high standard of professionalism to everything she does.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Christine began her career with Kaplan Test Prep, where she advanced to the role of Regional Director. In that position, she oversaw the entire Central Florida region, managing multiple locations, leading a large staff, and overseeing a multimillion-dollar operating budget.

That experience gave Christine a strong foundation in leadership, operations, client service, budgeting, and organizational management. Nearly 20 years ago, she brought that experience into the real estate business alongside James and has played an integral role in the company’s growth ever since.

Today, Christine helps lead the presentation, operations, and client-experience side of Alton Clark Group. Her attention to detail, design perspective, and understanding of how a home should be prepared, presented, and positioned bring a polished and thoughtful approach to every transaction.

Together, James and Christine combine experienced real estate representation with the capabilities of an in-house media and marketing company. Clients receive direct access, honest advice, strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and a customized plan designed around their property, priorities, and goals.

Alton Clark Group serves buyers and sellers throughout Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties, with particular expertise in luxury homes, waterfront properties, custom residences, new construction, and investment real estate.
